UK orders placed on working days no later than 12.00PM midday (GMT) will be dispatched the same day. UK orders placed after 12.00PM midday (GMT) or on weekends will be dispatched the following working day.

We do not deliver to PO BOX addresses.
Deliveries may take longer during public holiday periods, including Christmas and New Year, as couriers offer a limited collection service. Additionally please allow for extra time pre-xmas if you are purchasing a gift, as couriers are extra busy at this time and shipments could take longer.
For EU/ROW shipments, you are considered the importer of record and must comply with all applicable laws and regulations. Any charges for duties, taxes and/or the carrier's collection fee are in addition to your shipping charge and must be paid by you. Any fees payable in connection with your order after it has shipped will be determined by your local customs office. We cannot determine if an order will be taxed and cannot be responsible for any duties or taxes, regardless of the total invoice amount. We strongly suggest you contact your customs office for additional information prior to placing your order. Any parcels that are refused due to customs charges, the customer takes full liability for all charges, return shipment costs, customs charges and handling fees. Please note - we cannot undervalue orders, or mark them as a gift.
We’re confident that you’ll be happy with your purchase. We check all orders before they are dispatched to ensure they are to the highest standard.
However, if you are unhappy with your goods we’ll happily issue a replacement or refund assuming they are returned within 14 days of receipt of your order, unworn, complete with all original packaging, and in original and resalable condition.
Returns Terms and Guidelines
- All returned items must be unworn and complete with original packaging.
- We are not responsible for the return shipping costs of the items.
- All Items must be in original, resalable condition.
- Please make sure all returned items are well packaged, so as not to be damaged in return transit.
- Please make sure all returned packages are sent with a trackable, insured service.
- We cannot take responsibility for items damaged or lost in the return transit.
- If returning an item from outside the UK, please clearly mark the package 'RETURNED GOODS', to avoid any customs charges. Sunglassjunkie are not responsible for any return custom charges made.
- Please make sure that an original invoice copy is enclosed with your goods - no invoice may result in your return not being processed.
